    Who we are

Nacora Studios is the trading name of Silviya Koycheva, a sole trader based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Silviya is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@nacorastudios.com.

    What we collect

When you complete an enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, company name, website address, what you tell us about your project, your timeline and, if you choose to share it, your budget range. If you email us directly we collect whatever you put in that email.

We also collect limited technical data automatically: IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed and how you arrived at the site.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use enquiry details to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare proposals. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to a business enquiry you have made of us.

We use technical data to understand how the site performs and how our advertising works. Where that relies on cookies which are not strictly necessary, our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

If you agree to receive occasional updates from us, we send those on the basis of your consent. Every message carries an unsubscribe link.

    Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertising leads to enquiries. Both set cookies in your browser and share limited data with Google. The banner shown on your first visit controls Google's analytics and advertising cookies, and you can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Our hosting provider also runs basic traffic analytics on every page, which the banner does not control. Google's privacy notice is at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

    Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers who run our systems:

    • Lovable, which hosts this website.
    • Google, for email, analytics and advertising.
    • Lovable, which also provides basic traffic analytics for this site.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or by an adequacy decision.

    How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects: 24 months, then deleted. Client project records: six years after the engagement ends, to meet accounting and tax obligations. Marketing consents: until you withdraw them.

    Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@nacorastudios.com and we'll respond within one month.

    Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, on 0303 123 1113, or by post to Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 5AF.

    Changes

We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the last revision.

    Terms of use

    Site content

The content on this site, including text, images, and video, is owned by Nacora or used under license. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

    Project terms

Each film project is governed by a separate statement of work or production agreement. Fees, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights are agreed in writing before production begins. The general information on this site does not form part of any contract.

    Liability

This site is provided for information only. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from working with us, and any liability is limited to the terms agreed in the relevant project contract.

    Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that currently applies.

    Rights & usage

    What you receive

On delivery, you receive the final film in the agreed formats (typically broadcast-ready video files and social cutdowns). You also receive a usage rights memo that sets out what is licensed for the project.

    Typical licence scope

Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a broad licence to use the final film for the agreed channels, territories, and duration. Common uses include paid social, website, events, TV, and OOH.

    What is not included

    • Reselling the film as stock footage or a standalone product.
    • Using the film to train or create derivative AI datasets without permission.
    • Removing or altering credits or branding where agreed.

    Third-party assets

We use licensed music, stock footage, and AI-generated elements where appropriate. These are cleared to the scope agreed in the project. If you need wider clearance, let us know before production starts.

    Revisions

Our standard process includes two rounds of revision, built into the timeline. Additional rounds or major scope changes may affect the schedule and cost.

If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@nacorastudios.com and we’ll update this page or send you the relevant project terms.
